I received my first degree in life from the “School of Hard Knocks.” In my 40’s, I went back to school and received a real degree from Campbell University. I am now, like many of you, pursuing a degree from “YouTube Academy” (only kidding!). I am so grateful for all the YouTube videos on Website Building, Travel, Faith, and dare I mention, Politics!

Reading and writing are two of my favorite hobbies. I also enjoy exploring new places and have learned, since my husband’s death, to enjoy the many benefits of solo travel.

Through my blog and other writings, I hope to inspire you to overcome the difficulties of life with the gift of God. We truly can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).
